Aregbesola’s Aide, Nike Adegbite In Spiritual War With Husband & Co-Wife – Her diabolical attacks on LG workers
Though Osun State election held on the 9th August 2014 has come and gone, one fact remains that the incumbent governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola defeated Senator Iyiola Omisore, his most closest rival and former senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who chaired the Committee on Appropriation at the upper house for eight years. [showads ad=GLO] The re-election of the Igogo Ijesha-born politician seems to have brought a new lease of life to the people of the state, yet, some segment of the citizenry, most especially the civil servants, are not totally in support of his victory due to the fact that he must have stylishly tricked them into voting him in office. Aregbesola, known to be an ardent student of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s school of politics, cajoled the workers at both the Abere state secretariat and the Okefia government house by paying an additional one month salary on the three months he owed them prior to the election which ended July 2014. [showads ad=GLO]It is now close to two months after the election, and information reaching Global Newsattests that salary has not been paid and that the governor is not yielding to any advice from political leaders, traditional rulers and deep-rooted insiders in the polity of Osun State. A Yoruba adage says “nkan ti owo mi ba ka ma fi gangan fa”; this means, “Whatever my hand cannot pluck, I will use whatever in my disposal to get it.” This simply shows how Aregbesola used all the tricks to get the approval of the civil servants in the state, and the result may be regrettable for the workers. Anyway, Global News is not after this story, but to bring to the fore the outcome of some of Aregbesola’s lack of leadership prowess in the state. [showads ad=GLO] It could be recalled that since the inception of the former Ibadan Polytechnic activist’s emergence as the state governor, he has never conducted a single local government election but rather changed the positions of local government chairmen to that of executive secretaries, thereby returning them every six months for four years. In our past editions, we had written about some of the executive secretaries of Aregbesola who have been enmeshed in controversies.[showads ad=GLO] This time around, an executive secretary is in serious diabolical battle with her immediate family. You might wonder if she is fighting against her children. No, she is in tango with her husband and her co-wife who happens to be the junior. [showads ad=GLO]
Honourable Adenike Adegbite Adeniyi-Ogunsola is reported to have visited many spiritual houses including babalawos and other traditional healers just for her to win, only to her side, the heart of her husband at the expense of Folashade, the junior wife. [showads ad=GLO]
In our investigative manner, Global News got some exclusive facts during our follow-up on this story. In this scoop are the three pictures taken to the spiritual homes by the dishonourable local government executive secretary where she wrote incantations to control both the brain and heart of her husband and co-wife. This singular act by a supposed honorable chairman of a local government depicts the fact that our politicians will do anything to remain in power and also coerce everyone including their workers into doing their bidding no matter the consequence. [showads ad=GLO]
