imageSome editions back, your soar away Global News wrote a story on the former Comptroller General of the Nigerian Customs, Alhaji Dikko Inde. We wrote about his acquisition of a vast hectare of land for his mechanized farming business which he ventured into immediately after his tenure as CG Customs. For now, information reaching us is that Inde is probably now on the run from security agencies and the seeming dangerous hammer dangled by the Presidency on corrupt Nigerians, most especially elder statesmen who are involved in one dirty deals on the other. The most common battle of the Presidency against the corrupt men and women is their involvement in the $2.1 billion arms deal which was given out under the administration of ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan.

Nigerians are aware that several respected politicians and elder statesmen have been accused of collecting huge amounts of money running into hundreds of millions of naira from the arms deal supervised by erstwhile National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki who is now in the gulag of security agencies.
